What is Hoy Haus?
Hoy Haus is a lifestyle and wellness hub offering thoughtfully designed digital planners, printables, and select physical products to help individuals and families reset their routines, homes, and overall well-being with intention.
Who are Hoy Haus products for?
Our products are designed for busy adults—especially moms and caregivers—who want simple, realistic systems for organization, wellness, fitness, and daily life. That said, anyone seeking calm, structure, and consistency can benefit from Hoy Haus products.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
How do I access my digital purchase?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your digital files through your Shopify account under Orders.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
What format are your digital products?
All digital products are delivered as PDF files. They are designed to be:

Used digitally on a tablet (such as iPad with GoodNotes or similar apps)
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads once they have been delivered.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What if I’m having trouble downloading my file?
If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please email us at support@hoyhaus.com and we’ll be happy to help.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
When will my order ship?
Processing times for physical products vary and will be listed on the product page. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.
Do you offer returns on physical products?
Yes. Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Can I cancel or change my order?
Physical orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Digital orders cannot be canceled once the download has been delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available through Shopify at checkout.
ACCOUNT & EMAIL
Do I need an account to make a purchase?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to view order history and access downloads more easily.
Will I receive emails from Hoy Haus?
If you opt in to our email list, you may receive newsletters, free resources, and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.
USE & LICENSING
Can I share or resell Hoy Haus digital products?
No. All Hoy Haus digital products are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or distributing our content is strictly prohibited.
