Thank you for shopping with Hoy Haus. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to planners, printables, guides, and downloadable files), all digital product sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.


Physical Products

If your order includes physical products, the following applies:

Returns

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear


Refund Processing

Approved refunds for physical products will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.


Cancellations

Orders for physical products may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Digital product orders cannot be canceled once delivered.
